With an extensive background in recruitment from agency, through outsourcing and in-house roles I have broadened my experience to include coaching, partnering, L&D, reward & recognition and employee engagement.  I have led international and local teams and was managing remotely via video long before covid made it the norm!  Currently Head of People Experience, sitting on the Leadership Team at Spotlight Sports Group, my passion is to drive an excellent experience for our excellent people through a strong employer value proposition and great leadership.
