There is also a sub-affiliation option at Moon Partners where affiliates can earn 5% lifetime revenue for referrals.

Commissions are paid out monthly with the minimum withdrawal amount being €50 (Bank Transfer min amount is 1000 EUR). 

The transactions are conducted over bank transfer (SEPA only), Skrill, Neteller, and USDT, while the accepted currency is Euro.
