General

When is iGB L!VE 2025?

iGB Live 2025 London is a key event within World iGaming Week, taking place from July 1-4, 2025. The event features two expo days on July 2-3 at ExCeL London.

Where is iGB L!VE being held?

iGB L!VE is held at ExCeL London, Royal Victoria Dock, 1 Western Gateway, London E16 1XL, United Kingdom

Is there an age restriction to attend the event?

iGB L!VE is a strictly over 18's event. We are operating on a 'Challenge 25' basis, therefore if you are fortunate enough to look under 25, please ensure you bring ID in the form of your passport or drivers license as we will be checking on the door. Please note that this applies even if you have attended previous events.

Registration and Passes

How do I get my ticket?

An email confirmation will be sent to your inbox with your iGB L!VE ticket voucher, please bring it with you and print your badge at the show.

Can I collect my badge at the exhibition venue?

Once your registration has been finalised, you will receive an email with your e-badge for the event (these will be sent out before the event). It is imperative that you bring this along to registration in order to be able to enter the show. Your e-badge MUST be printed or available to scan on your mobile device. With extra safety measures in place, this is the fastest and safest way to gain entry.

The details on my badge are wrong. How do I change them?

What do the different badge colours mean?

Yellow badges are for Affiliates and Red badges are for Operators, Tech Providers and iGaming Suppliers. 

What's the badge scanning policy?

By allowing exhibitors to scan your badge, you give them access to your contact information. If you don't want to share your details, refrain from having your badge scanned. Badge scanning at the main entrance is for analytical and health and safety purposes only

Affiliate

Do I qualify as an affiliate?

Please note that iGB L!VE is a free-to-attend and we WILL NOT be vetting affiliates and IBs.

However, we will still be using 'Affiliate' as a registration type and it's important that you do not select this if you are not an affiliate or introducing broker. This ensures that those looking to meet affiliates are not misled by the visitor type on someone's badge.

Example: pokerlistings.com → 888.com would refer a player to 888.com. The affiliate is then paid a revenue share or CPA (cost per acquisition) for each of the players they send.

Differences between Affiliates VS Introducing broker

Affiliates:

Also called publishers or webmasters, an affiliate is a person that refers traffic (in this case players) to an operator website, for example pokerlistings.com would refer a player to 888.com. The affiliate is then paid a revenue share or CPA (cost per acquisition) for each of the players they send.

Introducing brokers:

An introducing broker (IB) is a person or institution who has all the functions of a broker, except to accept money or any type of investment. The introducing broker (IB) usually refers its clients to a dealer and, in return, receives compensation, such as commissions.

How can I register my team?

Via Exhibitor Hub in eZone portal

What are exhibitor build-up times?

July 1
: 13:00–20:00 (exhibitor access)
July 2
: 08:00–09:30 (final prep before doors open)

How do exhibitors collect badges?

Badges are available onsite. Print or display your confirmation email for scanning. E-badges canbe downloaded in advance

Can exhibitors access halls during breakdown?

Yes, until 22:00 on July 3. Late working requests must be submitted in writing and may incur fees

Media Passes

Do you offer media passes to the event?

Gaming media welcome. Apply via standard process

I am a member of the non-gaming media. Can I attend the show as a reporter or journalist? 

All film or photography taken at iGB L!VE is the intellectual property of the organisers (Clarion Events) and cannot be used or broadcast without prior permission. The organisers retain the right to remove anyone from the hall, should they be seen photographing or filming in prohibited areas.

Photography and Videography passes will be available soon.

Entry is at the discretion of the iGB L!VE organisers, who reserve the right to exclude any person(s) without prejudice.

In the event of a member of the non-gaming media gaining access without the above permission or if they have gained entry to iGB L!VE using false information or credentials or have deliberately withheld information, they will be ejected from the exhibition. Film and content taken at iGB L!VE will remain the intellectual property of the organisers (Clarion Events) and cannot be used or broadcast.

Can I register as Press ?

Yes, but Press registration is subject to validation. Press status is typically confirmed within 5 working days. If you're currently employed by an operator, supplier, or vendor in the iGaming industry, you won't qualify for a Press pass

Badge

What happens if I lose my exhibitor badge?

Replacement badges require re-verification at the Organizers Office. No exceptions

How is badge data used?

Mobile App

I cannot log into the app / The app says that I am not registered “ how I can fix?

Is iGB Live  suitable for disabled visitors?

Absolutely. The venue has a number of features to maintain iGB Live  commitment to accessibility and all aisles within the show are set to allow for ease of travel for all.

ExCeL London is located at One Western Gateway, Royal Docks, London E16 1XL. For car park access, use the postcode E16 1FR

How do I navigate the venue?

iGB LIVE will take place in halls S3 through S13. Detailed hall maps will be available in the event guide and mobile app to help you locate stands and event features

What are the opening hours for the exhibition?

The exhibition will be open on July 2 from 09:30-18:00 and July 3 from 10:00-18:00.

What's the best way to get to ExCeL London?

The Elizabeth Line and DLR provide the fastest routes to ExCeL London. Exit at Custom House for the west entrance or at Prince Regent for the ICC and east entrance

Are there any hotel recommendations?

Meeting Room Access & Logistics

When can I access my South Gallery meeting room?

Show Open: July 2–3, 08:00–18:00
Breakdown: July 3, 18:00–20:00
All items must be cleared by 20:00 on July 3. Late removals incur charges

How do I request early access to my meeting room?

Submit requests specifying dates and reasons to Madison Fisher (madison.fisher@clarionevents.com).

Additional fees apply (charged per room/day), and approval is not guaranteed

How do I retrieve my key card?

Collect key cards from the Organizers Office (S4 Lower) with a £20 cash deposit per key. Deposits are forfeited if keys aren’t returned by the end of the event

What furniture is included?

Basic furniture (tables/chairs) is provided. Layouts (e.g., boardroom, cabaret) can be requested via the organizers. For custom furniture, contact Concept Furniture (sales@conceptfurniture.co.uk). Submit layout preferences (boardroom, cabaret, etc.) andattendee numbers early

Can I attach items to walls/floors?

No. Damage fees apply for wall/floor modifications

Are there restrictions for freight deliveries?

Yes. Use the official logistics partner Kuehne+Nagel
for freight, forklifts, and storage.

Direct deliveries to ExCeL are discouraged due to high loss risks

What are the dimensions and capacities of South Gallery meeting rooms?

Large Single Rooms: 93 m² (12.7m x 7.6m), capacity for 90 theater-style or 34 boardroom-style.

Small Double Rooms: 168 m² (12.7m x 13.2m), accommodates 180 banquet-style or 44boardroom-style.

Breakdown: Rooms include dimmable lighting, heating/cooling, and acoustically sealed walls.

How do I handle deliveries?

Sustainability & Compliance

What sustainability initiatives are in place?

Freight: Kuehne+Nagel offers carbon-neutral shipping options.

Waste: Mandatory recycling bins provided; exhibitors violating waste policies face fines

Are hi-vis jackets required during setup?

Yes. Exhibitors accessing halls before July 2 must wear hi-vis jackets and closed-toe shoes during build-up

Post - Event Resources 

How I do provide feedback?

Complete the post-event survey (emailed July 4–11). Respondents receive early access to 2026 floorplans

Where can I download lead data from badge scans?

Access SmartScan results via the Exhibitor Hub within 48 hours post-event. Export CSV files for CRM integration

Will 2025 content be available post shows?

Yes. Workshop materials, session slides, and keynote videos are uploaded to the eZone by July 18
